Welcome to MillerPay. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
“Platform” means the MillerPay website and automated trading system. “User” means any person or entity using the Platform. “USDT Deposit” refers to depositing USDT and being credited at 101.49 INR per USDT. “INR Order” refers to purchasing an order that yields 4% profit upon completion.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and KYC verification.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Services Description
MillerPay provides an automated trading platform that allows users to deposit USDT (credited at 101.49 INR per USDT) or purchase INR orders (4% profit). All funds are then matched with buyers through an automated selling process, and payouts are sent instantly via UPI.
6. Fees
There are no hidden fees. The only costs are the network fees for USDT transfers (if any). INR payouts are free.
7. User Obligations
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not manipulate the system, create multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent activities.
8. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
9. Limitation of Liability
MillerPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
